Alastair Hoyne is the CEO and Founder of Finanze Group and the founder behind the associated Finanze brands, including Finanze Capital, Finanze Property, Finanze Strategy and Finanze Legacy.

Across the group, Alastair has focused on creating practical strategies for complex property situations where standard finance, valuation or advisory approaches may not fully capture the opportunity. These strategies include Title Split Finance, Lease Extension Finance, OMV-based BMV Finance and other bespoke property-led structures.

Building the Finanze Group brands

Finanze Group brings together specialist businesses with different but connected roles. Finanze Property focuses on property finance brokerage and value creation. Finanze Capital supports specialist lending for eligible transactions. Finanze Strategy provides strategic support, and Finanze Legacy reflects the group’s broader long-term planning and legacy interests.

Pioneering Title Split Finance

Finanze Property pioneered Title Split Finance as a property strategy for investors acquiring assets where value can be unlocked by splitting one legal title into multiple saleable or refinanceable interests. Alastair’s role was to identify the strategic opportunity: the value was not only in the property as purchased, but in the legal, valuation and exit structure that could be created after acquisition.

Creating specialist lending support through Finanze Capital

Finanze Capital was created as a separate division to support complex property strategies with specialist lending capability. This includes lending structures for Title Split Finance, Lease Extension Finance and OMV-based BMV Finance, subject to valuation, legal due diligence, underwriting and exit strategy.

Lease Extension Finance and other complex strategies

Lease Extension Finance was created by Finanze Capital as a solution for short-lease property where value may be unlocked by extending the lease. Finanze Property clients can access this product through the wider Finanze Group platform. Other strategies, including BMV Finance based on open market value rather than only purchase price, follow the same principle: identify the real value driver and build a structure around it.
