Official Launch of Finanze® – Bespoke Private Broker

Updated: Sep 21, 2022

  • Official launch of Finanze® following receipt of its FCA Authorisation as an Appointed Representative of Connect IFA Limited 441505, under reference 958726.

  • Providing a bespoke private service to sophisticated property investors requiring bridging and development finance, buy to let and commercial mortgages.

  • Differentiating itself from its peers, through a highly personalised advice service and a solution driven approach.

London, UK: Today marked the official launch of Finanze® (https://www.finanze.co.uk), a trading name of Alastair Hoyne, an innovative bespoke private broker for commercial property finance. Focussing on exceptional advice, service and diligence for discerning property investors. Whereas many brokerages focus on volume, with Finanze®, “it’s personal®”, as per its own slogan – Alastair takes the approach of understanding exactly what each customer requires to find the perfect and most cost-effective solution.

He likes to get involved as early as possible in a transaction, providing guidance on various products and strategies that could be useful, before helping customers to run comparative analyses on different scenarios. Sometimes the customer will be advised not to invest if the timing isn’t right, or the deal doesn’t make sense given their personal circumstances. Once the client has found the right property, Alastair will generally review hundreds of different lenders to find the best products for the client’s needs, producing illustrations and then calculating the full true cost of the debt to provide clients with products that will maximise their return on investment. Alastair says “every customer is unique, they each deserve their own bespoke solution, not just an off-the-peg database driven response. I focus on building lifelong relationships with customers, becoming a trusted part of their property ‘power team’, adding value in the decision-making process throughout the property lifecycle.”

On average he will spend a significant amount of time on initial due diligence for each client, to make sure they get the best possible product for their needs. Thanks to excellent relationships both with his own network Connect IFA Limited and the various short and long term lenders in the market he is able to provide a significant range of products and negotiate terms often unique to that client. He has even created a number of custom facilities with lenders specifically for certain segments of his client base. You might think this level of service comes at a premium, however Alastair has taken the approach of charging the same rate as his network. The initial analysis and due diligence is provided free of charge, following which he charges £199 on application and 0.5% of the gross loan as a success fee upon receiving a full mortgage/loan offer post valuation. He may also receive a procuration fee from lenders on a case-by-case basis.
